Team Myles is a special feature of the Blue Nose Marathon that brings focus to the 'average Nova Scotian', someone who chooses to establish a training goal in order to participate in one of the Blue Nose

Marathon events.

As runners and walkers, Team Myles participants represent a specific distance event; 5k -10k 'Team Relay 'Half Marathon and Full Marathon. A Halifax elementary school is also selected to represent the Youth Run.

Throughout the course of their training, Team Myles participants will share their stories and blog about their experiences. They"ll share personal stories about everything from goal setting, to proper nutrition, to how to stay motivated when the weather isn't cooperating.

Read on to get inspired and set your own Blue Nose Marathon goal.
