Street Closures - Approximate Timings

On Sunday, May 20th, North Park Street (the start/finish area of the Marathon outside of the Halifax Armouries) will be closed to traffic from 8:30 am until 10:00 am.

The MacDonald Bridge will be closed to traffic from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.

All other streets along the race route will be traffic-managed by Halifax Regional Police. Citizens travelling along the race route should expect slight delays, but the streets will remain open. See below for an overview of the affected streets.

To make the event a success for everyone involved, please drive with extra caution and follow the instructions of Police along the route.
